Samsung Galaxy J1 has a primary camera of 5MP supporting auto focus, touch focus and face detection, but compare with Elephone S3 that features a 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera for selfie, 5MP is really for entry level Samsung Galaxy J1 (2016). And as most of the entry level smartphones, the front camera of Samsung Galaxy J1 is only 2MP.

2G bands GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 - SIM 1 & SIM 2 (dual-SIM model only)

3G bands HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100 - J120F

4G bands LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 5(850), 7(2600), 8(900), 20(800) - J120F

Samsung Galaxy J1 (2016) is running Android 5.1 Lollipop, and Samsung has not yet officially confirmed this new 2016 entry level smartphone will upgrade to Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. The battery of Samsung Galaxy J1 is removable with Li-Ion 2050 mAh battery and Samsung Galaxy J1 is not a big battery smartphone, but the 2050mAh battery can make Samsung Galaxy J1 (2016) last for a day.
