World’s first 6GB RAM smartphone – Vivo Xplay 5 Elite

Vivo Xplay 5 Elite is the world’s first 6GB RAM smartphone that was released in March, 2016. The Vivo Xplay 5 Elite is a very powerful model featuring a metal Unibody and using Gorilla Glass 4 to cover the dual-curved 5.43-inch Super AMOLED Quad HD screen of 1920 x 1080 pixels. This 6GB RAM smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset with the biggest 6GB RAM and the inbuilt non-expandable 128GB storage. The 6GB RAM smartphone has a rear 16MP camera using Sony IMX298 sensor with phase-detection AF and dual-tone LED flash, plus an 8MP selfie shooter at the front. This world’s first 6GB RAM smartphone is a dual-SIM device, supports 4G LTE networks, Hi-Fi 3.0 (2*ES9028+OPA1612), and comes with a 3,600 mAh battery. The 6GB RAM smartphone has a rear fingerprint scanner on the rear. Referring to the OS, the Xplay 5 Elite runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, skinned with the latest Funtouch launcher with split-screen multitasking support. And like Samsung Galaxy S7 / S7 Edge, this 6GB RAM smartphone also features a double-edged display which provides an extreme visual fest.

Le Max 2 is just released on April 20 and it is likely to be the successor to the Le Max Pro that was released at the beginning of 2016. This 6GB RAM smartphone has a 5.7-inch 2K touch screen featuring 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution display, and is powered by the Snapdragon 820 processor, of course with a gigantic 6GB of RAM. LeEco does enjoy giving its phone plenty of power. The LeEco Le Max 2 6GB of RAM smartphone has a 21-megapixel Sony camera on the back and 8MP front camera for selfie. The built-in 64GB of storage space is much smaller than other 6GB RAM smartphones of 128GB storage. The LeEco Le Max 2 is a dual SIM mobile phone and it supports most common connectivity options as well as 4G LTE networks. It is powered with a 3100mAh battery and runs the company’s eUI 5.6 OS based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

6GB RAM smartphone – ZUK Z2 Pro

Lenovo’s ZUK brand yesterday introduced Z2 Pro, the company’s flagship smartphone at an event in China. This 6GB RAM smartphone has a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED FHD touch screen featuring 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution display with 2.5D curved glass and 1.41mm ultra narrow bezel on the side. The ZUK Z2 Pro is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 820 SoC chip, doubled with the biggest 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage on board. The 6GB RAM smartphone runs ZUI 2.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The 6GB RAM smartphone has a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and hybrid phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) that can focus in 0.1 seconds and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. Not many people know the Vernee phone brand, which is a new Chinese smartphone manufacturer and has not release many smartphones yet, but the Vernee Apollo smartphone is a phone drawing many users’ attention, as it also features the biggest 6GB RAM and become one of the top 6GB RAM smartphones. The Vernee Apollo comes with MediaTek MT6797 Helio X20 SoC chip that is the world’s first deca-core processor and the 6GB RAM smartphone will feature a 5.5-inch QHD (2560 x 1440 pixels) display with Force Touch (pressure sensitive touch display) capability and will pack 128GB of inbuilt storage. The 6GB RAM smartphone is said to sport 21-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX230 sensor, along with 8-megapixel front camera for selfie. From the leaked render images, the Vernee Apollo has a metal Unibody and it is a full metal body smartphone.
