Hot/Cold test in storage


Validate the capacity of  the handset to be stored in low and high temperature conditions.

Hot/Cold test in operation

Put the unpacked and switched on samples  in the test box in 20℃ temperature. Thermal shock test


Inspect the performance of the handset under the vertiginous temperature.

High temperature is 70±2℃,  Stable temperature holding time 2 h; For - 40 + 3 ℃, low temperature, stable temperature holding time 2 h; Conversion time is not more than 5 minutes; Cycles of 12 times (1 cycle for 4 hours and 5 minutes). Validate the performance of the handset under asperity vibration athletics.


Fix up the unpacked and power on samples on the test table. Test parameter: +6dB/oct,frequency is from 5 ~20Hz and from 20~500Hz, The power spectrum density 0.05 g2 / Hz. Three axial axial:. Duration: 1 hour per direction, a total of 3 hours. End of the duration, remove was inspected after test for the sample.

Confirm the capacity of  the handsets to resist being dropped repeatedly onto rigidity face.

Validate the capacity of the handsets to resist being light strike in the using


The handsets power on with SIM card and close the folder to free falls from 10cm high and  onto the aluminium board. Sequence base 2500 times.
